I’m sorry I’ve been missing in action lately… I’ve been dealing with some issues for the last couple of weeks that have consumed all of my personal time. But, I am back at last and getting back to normal life I hope. I have a ton of catching up to do, but looking forward to getting back into the swing of things and back to blogging, etc.
I found something interesting yesterday I think you might like.
I spent my day yesterday trying to shove toothpaste back in the tube. It seems there are a lot of copies of my blogs people have copied, which is fine, except that they have copied parts of the blog or they’ve posted the blog without giving me credit for writing it which makes it look like they did. It wasn’t a fun day.
But, along the way I stumbled into something I think could become really cool with time: a site called www.LearnYuwie.com. It appears to be new and there’s only a little content on it right now, but I think it’s an idea of value and deserves support.
I’ve uploaded my ten Yuwie tutorials and if you’re a writer, I would recommend you do the same. I think it’s a great resource for new Yuwie users and a good way to get extra traffic to your own profile.

In case you haven’t heard yet, there’s a new drug warning out from the FDA today… it’s the third one this month. It’s a drug called Heparin, a blood thinner, and how it may cause hypotension and allergic reactions, potentially fatal! There are also warnings this month about Botox and Chantix. If you know anyone who uses any of these drugs, or you do, you need to be aware of the risks.
In any event, I’ve written a blog on the subject with some links of interest to the FDA, etc. I hope you’ll read it. I also hope you realize how dangerous the drugs you take can be. Remember, FDA approved prescription drugs, taken properly according to doctor’s orders are what killed Heath Ledger and many many thousands of people every year.

I swore off regular soft drinks about two years ago, started drinking zero-calorie sodas and became aware of my intake of carbohydrates and fats, etc. I started gaining weight even faster.
In December I came across the article I just posted in my blog and as a result I quit drinking diet soda. I’ve lost 15 lbs since then. And I am eating carbs again (rice, potatoes, bread).

I’m just popping in to give a heads up on another blog I posted this morning.
I have seen a lot of confusion here on Yuwie about the differences between adding Yuwie members as friends and adding new referrals. I’ve gotten several questions on the subject, as well.
