Law is like any language, "If you expose yourself to it long enough you will learn to speak". But to speak well enough to win and arguement one must actually study the written word and learn to write it in sentences.

Challenge to Nancy Pelosi, Robert Wexler and Alcee Hastings
(EXTENDED COMPLAINT AGAINST FLORIDA PUBLIC OFFICES)
Mark Foley, has drawn the attention of the Democrats and anyone who has the least knowledge of the Foley problems, no matter how inconsequential, if a Republican should, per many, resign from office. Some should. But this is small potatoes as it involves the failings of one man.
If these Democrats want to crusade on officials' federal crime, start with Florida and Palm Beach County which both Robert Wexler and Alcee Hastings represent and on the corrupt Florida Bar of which strangely each is a member (strangely as Robert Wexler has an impeccable record and Alcee Hastings is an impeached and convicted federal judge who was removed from office for taking bribes and corruption).
A considerable number of the Florida state representatives and state senators that I did not talk to for they cared not to learn of corrupt Florida judges, and did so en masse with no exceptions by party rule it seems, are now in the U.S. Congress, male and female.
It is now more than ten years since the first judicial failures in ruling against corrupt judges began.
It is well past time for an answer to be given.
See the other posts and write if you want to defend the canard that "Judges have absolute immunity" so get over it. That is false as we all know but act as if judges are untouchable.

HOW TO RESTORE CONSTITUTIONAL COURTS By Roger Weidner
The purpose of this memorandum is to relate to you citizens of Oregon the critical importance of immediately restoring constitutional government and constitutional courts to the citizens of Oregon, something we do not have at the present time. You cannot have constitutional government unless you have constitutional courts.
Constitutional government is limited government. Limited government means that the public employed officials, working for the government, cannot take anything from a sovereign citizen in this state, against their will, without observing that sovereign citizen's constitutional rights to âequal protectionâ of the law and âdue processâ of law, namely a fair hearing with an impartial judge. If the judge is not acting impartially you do not have a constitutional court.
I am a former attorney and public prosecutor. I ran the Consumer Fraud Department in the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office in l975-6. I was the l998 Oregon Reform Party candidate for Governor. I have either studied or practiced law in Oregon for over 45 years.
For the past 20 years I have been engaged, full time, with thousands of other concerned and outraged citizens around the state and country to expose and eliminate the pervasive corruption in the Oregon court system and in other state court systems around the country and restore to the citizens constitutional government held in check by constitutional courts.
For insisting on speaking truthfully and factually, in court, on the record, under oath, about the corruption in the legal system, I and many other innocent citizens in this state have been repeatedly ordered arrested and jail, many times violently, in front of shocked supporters, by corrupt judges protecting thieving bureaucrats and attorneys stealing sovereign citizens children, land and other property in âshamâ often âstar chamberâ type judicial proceedings.
As an historian and constitutional scholar I tell all that will listen that in this country for the past 225 years, we have had a single class of citizens, all equal before the law.
This cornerstone principal of the âequalityâ and âsovereigntyâ of the citizenry in this country is: Declared in the âWe hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created equalâ provision of the Declaration of Independence; Enshrined âEqual Justice Under Lawâ on the front of the Supreme Court of the United States; Mandated by the 5th and l4th Amendment to the United States Constitution as well as in the Oregon Constitution.
If they are an public employee and elected or appointed to âpublic officeâ before assuming the âduties of that officeâ or receiving payments for performing the âduties of that officeâ, must take, and if a public magistrate sign and file with the Secretary of State, pursuant to Art. VII Sec. VII of the Oregon Constitution, the following oath of office: â I (judges name) do solemnly swear(or affirm) that I will support the constitution of the United States, and the constitution of the State of Oregon, and that I will faithfully and impartially(emph.added) discharge the duties of a judge...of this court, according to the best of my ability....â
As an historian and constitutional scholar I tell all who will listen that each sovereign citizen in this state and country has an absolute unfettered right to file with the clerk of the county or federal court in their community, without the involvement of an attorney, a complaint setting forth the criminal or civil injury they have suffered at the hands of any individual or entity. That sovereign citizen has an unfettered right, without the need of an attorney, to file a Motion for Summary Judgment on that complaint, with supporting affidavit, detailing the civil and criminal injury they have suffered. If the defendant cannot or does not deny the truthfulness of the facts set forth in the complaint and affidavit the Plaintiff is entitled to Summary Judgment, on those undisputed facts, as a matter of law.
For years I, and many other sovereign citizens, have been violently arrested for trying to put on the record in court, under oath, our on-going victimization by bureaucrats, attorneys, some judges, all either licensed by or employed by the corporate STATE OF OREGON.
CPS Class Action has been under organization, as far as I noticed, for over a year.
My case happened in 2005 -2007 and the Oregon DHS tried to come and take my gran-baby
because of the past. I fought back with the CPS (free) HANDBOOK. It worked. (Lawyers donât
demand your rights). You must know what YOUR rights are and you must know how to demand
them or just hear a Court Appointed Attorney say, "Yes, Massa" in your stead. A Court
Appointed Attorney will 'JUST DO NOTHING' because he is an Officer of the Court and when
you have one of those 'in' place of your own Personam, you become inPersonam, (WARD OF THE COURT) -Person of unsound mind.
