I love my life right now! I have a wonderful family and some of the best friends that a girl could ask for. I have a job that I enjoy (although I'd rather play more and work less most weeks) and it has taught me to definitely value my free time! I love to laugh, especially with friends. If I could make a career out of it, I would sing my way to Nashville and beyond. I am an only child, so yes, I'm a tad spoiled, but I'm definitely not a brat. I'm a Type A personality, ever the perfectionist. My favorite stress reliever is a hot bath and a good book. I enjoy cooking so if you want a good dinner, call me! I like to do girly things like wear make-up, paint my nails, and get pedicures. My favorite sports to watch are football (Go Sooners!) and basketball (Go Sooners! Rock Chalk Jayhawk!) and I'm looking for a summer sport, so if you have suggestions, let me know. I love little kids, but getting a dog made me realize that I'm not ready for one of my own yet. I can be silly and laid back, but responsible when I need to be. I'm an optimist and I try to look for the best in every situation. It drives me crazy when people spell my name with an 'a' or call me Lindsey J. I have a (small) crush on George Clooney! If I had all the money in world, I would start my own foster care recruitment program. I'm currently taking up running. I hope to one day visit another country. I wish I knew how to garden (flowers, not necessarily vegetables) One of my biggest goals is to simply make a difference.

My iPod consists of mostly country with a little bit of pop thrown in. I love anything that I can sing along too (think Carrie Underwood or Kelly Clarkson) and anything that has a good beat. Oh, and I heart Rascal Flatts! Their new album is awesome! And podcasts. Recommendations go to LifeChurch.tv messages, and the NPR talk show "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me"
Movies:
I'm a sucker for comedies, chick flicks and anything with hot actors! One day this man will realize that I am what he has been looking for all of his life!
TV:
Who has time for TV?! I love crime shows and sitcoms and yes, like the rest of America, Grey's Anatomy and so far I'm liking Private Practice. Gotta love Tim Daly and Taye Diggs! Oh and the Property Ladder/Flip That House/ The Real Estate Pros shows on TLC.
Books:
Next on my list are Memoirs of a Geisha, Pride and Prejudice, and The Last of the Honky Tonk Angels
