My crazy but true experience, It all started, just before I bought my house. I set a guide line of what I wanted in a home and started looking. I wanted a large yard, water frontage, basement, garage no neibours and it had to be a reasonable distance from my work place, and in my price range possibly a fixxer upper, this I knew was most likely going to be impossible to find. I was more and more willing to settle for less until one night I had a very weird dream , that took place on an old dirt road.That day I drove up the old road and the farther up the road I drove the more familiar it seemed. I came to a small home I knew I seen it before but I was never on this road before this. I stopped to look around and met the owner who asked me if I was here to look at the house, there were no for sale signs posted but was for sale, it had everything that was on my list. Because it was so cheep I agreed to buy it. A few months after moving in to the house I met an old man who was fishing in my back yard. He asked me if I had experienced anything weird in the house yet. I told him I have not, he told me I would. I never believed in ghosts I just thought he was a crazy old man, soon after this strange things began to happen, the first was the feeling of some standing beside me. I never gave this much thought until later. My dog always acted weird when I had these feelings.I still never gave it much thought, I then had a dream or at least I think it was a dream, I thought I woke up but for some reason I could not move and for some reason was not scared. I seen a man I thought at the time was a hunter because he had a rifle in his hand and what I thought were rabbits he had tied to his belt. I later woke thinking it was a crazy dream still not a believer, I told a great aunt about this she then showed me a picture of a soldier in uniform the rabbits were not rabbits it was a part of his military dress. She then told me soldiers stayed in Broughton before they were shipped over seas. After this stranger things began to happen but I always found other reasons for them, like the noise in the basement was a mouse, that kind of thing. Until one night me and a friend were sitting at my kitchen table, a spoon slid off the counter, we thought maybe a mouse knocked it off. An hour later another friend showed up we told him what happened, we all laughed and just then as I put the spoon back where it was. Not only did it fall off the counter but slid across the floor, we left the house that night. The next day I convinced my self there had to be a reasonable explanation, so I returned to the house still not a believer but not willing to stay by my self ,I invited some friends over for a few drinks we all had a laugh about everything and decided to look up some info on ghosts on my computer not knowing what to look for I typed in “ghost” the first site that came up was, http://www.tangled-dreams.com/broughton.html  From that moment, I became a believer and anyone who doesn’t believe, I think they are the crazy ones. To this day strange things still happen and most of my friends still wont visit. Because I’m a little more open-minded. This is only one of many weird things that happen in my home on a regular basis.

I found this particular point which was made by a construction worker from Fort Mac Murry very interesting,

He stated: In order for him to work and provide for his family he is required to pass randum urine tests, in witch he has no problems with, considering that the occupational health and safety standards of today are in place to protect and in sure the health and safety of all workers.

He then went on to say, the taxes which he pays to the government are distributed throughout the system. The system being the social assistance program or........

Given the state of our economy and knowing that any of us at any time could very well be in need of  financial help, again he had no problem .The point he had raised was, If he had to pass a urine test to earn the money, then why is it the residents of these assistance cheuqes are not obligated to pass any such test.

We are all aware of the increasing growth of alcohol and drug abuse by a very large percentage of these recipients that is not to say all people on assistance abuse drugs and or alcohol. 

He was under the impression that assistance cheques were for basic living needs such as food, clothing and shelter. If you are required to pass a urine test in order to receive this help,

He believed that there would be more help for those who actually rely on the system for food, clothing, shelter, and not to maintain an abusive habit.

Could you imagine the amount of money all provinces could save or the spin off of this practice, such as more aid for those who legitimately depend on the system, and it could also help a great deal towards the growing problem with drug and alcohol abuse.

We set out to explore

Once again, it seems the government has not only mismanaged but also destroyed and continue to destroy our natural resources one after another. Now one of the last treasures our Ocean and everthing she holds, our Natural Renewable Resources. The government has put forward plans for oil exploration off the coast of Cape Breton. They insure no harm will come to the fisheries but as you know they have said that many times before with our other resources and failed every time.

Now they will take an enormous risk with our ocean, gambling with natrural Renewable resorces One oil spill could very well mean the end of all fisheries, the destruction of a very sencetive ecosystem, wildlife and coastlines. We have all seen the destruction oil can have, just ask anyone that had the misfortune of a furnace oil spill. Less than 20 gallons of this oil spilled on your property will run you tens of thousands of dollars to clean up. A spill is only one of many negitive effects.

Its obvious this government cares only about the all mighty buck and not the welfare of the people, natural renewable resources or the environment. All across the globe every day, we are blasted about protecting the environment and the natural resources. We are forced to explore new environmentally sound ways to develop energy.

Classified ads are a great way to get your product or service out there for all to see.There are thousands of ad sites to pick from so before placing your ad you must  First pick the ad site.

Chose the sites that works for you, usually the sites with the most to offer gets the most traffic.

Some sites allow you to become a member offering options such as:  add a photo, files, comments, weekly tracking reports, ad edit or enhancements, discounts for paid ads, extended time duration or message boards, blogs and hyper links.

Free ads are great but some times paying a small fee on one of the bigger sites is just as beneficial or better than placing 100 free ads on different smaller sites, more traffic and it takes time to place a 100 ads. most of the smaller sites only run your ad for a short time and give you no notification of when they get pulled or if any one views them.

You have found your site, now you must prepare your ad. Take your time, think of your product or service.

What exactly are you offering?

Have you heard the saying

“There’s no such thing as bad advertising”?

There is when placing classified ads.

If your not seen,Your not advertizing.

Two important things to think about are,

Title and Descr i ption.

Title- consists of two things, your

 statement and the action.

You want to grab the attention of your viewers ex: you are selling a car, so you may think the obvious thing for your title would be something like,

“CAR FOR SALE” no, no, no, three things wrong with this are,

 1} all caps.

 2} it’s the same as a hundred others.

 3} its boring why read on.

A more effective title would be,

“FOR SALE, well cared for car.”

The action “FOR SALE” the statement,

“well cared for car.”

This gives them no choice but to read on witch brings us to the next part of your ad.

 Descr i ption- This is where you explain the great things about the car,

ex:   1969 mustang, new tires, new paint, low mileage  $ 20,000 neg call 555-5555

There is nothing wrong with this however, if you were to say,

"Beautiful, 1969 candy apple red mustang hard top, new tires new paint low mileage and very well maintained. Yours for, $20.000 neg Call today at 555-5555   buymycar@mystag.com."

What car would you buy?

Four elements to keep in mind :

 Attention, Interest, Desire and Action.

Attention: This is very important. You will need to get your viewers attention. The best way to achieve this is a good ad headline. With the correct words, a headline can be made  very attractive, and generate veiwers attention. Do not use  characters other than normal alphabets or numbers ex: lots of {**#** !!!!**#**). Your veiwers will know it is just a gimmick to catch their eye.

Interest: You will need to generate interest with your ad descr i ption or your targeted viewers will not bother to read your ad. List the things your product is offering that your competitors dont or what makes your product better than others.

Desire: You must create the desire to buy your product. Why buy your product? What are the benefits of buying yours with out putting down your competitors.

Action: contact details, the more details the more honest you will seem and the better chance of reaching you, phone, postal code, e-mail ect…

                 A few things to remember:

A} Correct spelling and punctuation is necessary. A badly, punctuated; Ad, with wlrong speeling con reealy ble a nuisacnce. od You thlink soo?

 B} Pictures are better than a thousand words. Bold, underlined or italicized text in your Ad descr i ption will enhance main points. Only for main points or you defete the main Objective.

C} Never shoot down your competitors your job is to point out the things that make your product the best not why there product sucks.

D} Be sure to scan the categories you may have the best outlined ad but if placed in the wrong spot its a waste of time.

E} Common mistake made"ALL CAPS"you may think this will make your ad stand out from the rest but in reality, it dose the opposite.

F} Very Important always check posting rules and follow them to the T, you can dump 50 ads only to return to your mail box to find they have been deleted or worse, Your band from posting.

G} Take your time, Let the ad do the work. if you use multiple ads, copy & paste.

H} Upgrade Long tearm posts with new info

when posible.

THE SECRET TO YUWIE or A MISTAKE WE ALL MAKE

 This is my view of some of the mistakes I think people are making. I have a small referral tree and very little knowledge of marketing, traffic exchanges or anything else internet related. Therefore, I try to use common sense and pass on information I receive from my friends.

 Do not believe every thing you read in a blog or join something just because some one asked you. I met a lot of people that have there page full of banners, links and they have no idea how they work, if they help or if they are even within TOS.

 No one person or group of people can tell you this month you will make $100.00 or in six months, you can make $1000.00. You must ask that question your self right now.

 Would you like to make a few bucks every now and again or would you rather invest now for a larger pay out for all later?

 You should have complete knowledge of the product or practice, before you agree to sign up for anything. Do your homework ask questions. If some one has six great blogs on selling cookies and one a not so informative blog about online business and is not selling cookies online that tells me some thing.

 Ok let’s be honest and realistic,

  If you’re under the impression that you can build your friends list big enough so you can at some point take home a few hundred dollars every month by sending chain letters, adding friends, dumping referral links.

 I’m very sorry but not only is the math impossible but your mistaken and may have missed the true opportunity Yuwie has gave us all as members.

  The only real get rich quick, easy cash or instant income I know of is the 3L’s.

Lottery, Lawyers and Life insurance. 

 Yuwie gives us the perfect opportunity to create not only a network of friends who benefit each other but generate cold hard cash in the process. This process is something very simple, we all do naturally every day; we all talk with or meet new and old friends.

 What you do right now will determine your level of success later. Right now is the Prime Time, the site is young we have a great advantage. You are the only person that can determine your success.

  If you truly want to secede at yuwie you must not only bring in new referrals and guide them but continue to bring them in. That means spending time promoting Yuwie. The more time spent promoting yuwie, I believe will result in a greater future pay out for us all.

 Do not give up because things right now don’t seem to be going your way that is the perfect mix for the bomb of failure.

 There are many people who will tell you to do this or do that but I think common sense wins the battle. There are no easy tricks. We all have different levels of knowledge in different areas with different friends. Use what you know.

 Some of the people that have tried to introduce yuwie to me tried to sell it as a simple way to make money with out even taking the time to explain any of the other great benefits and if they tried, would you be the least bit interested? Yuwie will simply sell itself if you introduce it properly.

 If some one was to casually, mention some thing they have seen or done on Yuwie. I would be more likely to ask them about it. Offering an opportunity for them to tell me more of what yuwie has to offer, like every thing the other sites might have and then, mentioned, I’m also paid !

 This would be more effective, you would also be helping a friend with information they request. Not pushing something they have no interest in or at least open an opportunity to explain in more detail. Of course, every situation may be different.

 We all get emails from someone trying to get you to join some thing, Why not return a friendly reply declining there offer and suggesting You may be in the position to help them by introducing them to yuwie.

  If you wish to generate the income of a successful business, you must treat this as just that. I believe you can have fun, be very successful with out spending any money. However, it will cost time and effort. Your passion for yuwie will determine the cost of your time and amount of your effort.

 The way I see it, when you invite a friend to Yuwie, and they join, they become your referral. You benefit from there activity called “views.” Doesn’t sound like much when you consider the real cash value of a “view” But, You also benefit from the views of there referrals {friends they invite}  and their referrals, referrals, ect…This down line can run 10 levels .

I like to think of it as a train with you in the first car, followed by a second car carrying three friends.

If these three friends invite three friends, car #3 now has 9 friends. If these 9 friends tell 3 friends, car #4 has 27 friends ect…that’s a lot of friends on one train.

 Each friend on your train has views, you receive a percentage of these views.

 This lets them in to check things out for them self, it does not sign them in as a member and they are limited to what they can see if they like it and join. Congratulations, you just got your first referral.
