| Yuwie photos in everyday life | I confess, I'm not a "good" internet marketer nor do I earn a great amount of money off the internet. But I do appreciate the fact that Yuwie actually gives me the opportunity to earn off the things that I do online. I just have to shift some of my internet activities here.
People sometimes don't realize that Yuwie, is still, first and foremost, a social networking site.
First, I've tried the the "photos" portion. Now, there are a lot of photo sharing sites out there, what makes Yuwie so special?
The chance to earn! You see, everytime somebody looks at your pictures, you get page views at yuwie. And the more page views, the bigger the RSR and the bigger earnings you get.
And, if you put your profile on public, you can share the photos with your family and friends, even those who are not yuwie members, and get credit for them!
Sure, it's not gonna explode your page views, but hey, it's a good way to make use of yuwie in everyday life without bugging every last friend and relative of yours to join (although you hope they will when they go to your site :) ).

 | Tag! | I was tagged by Pheng from another of my blogs. The questions are in bold characters and my answers are below each question. Please copy-and-paste the questions on your blog, answer the questions and pass it on to others, asking them to do the same :)
1. are you good at hiding your feelings? No. But sometimes I have to.
2. how can we tell that you're already irritated? My voice rises an octave :)
3. how do you treat the person that obviously doesn't like you? i just ignore the person.
4. what usually ruins your mood? Drivers who don't follow traffic signs, people who don't follow instructions...you get the picture.
5. who do you see everyday that you wish you just wouldn't at all? Thankfully, I can't think of any.
6. when was the last time that you had a good cry? Hmmm, I can't remember how long ago it was, actually.
7. how often do you shop for clothes? I'm
not that much of a shopper. The last serious clothes-shopping trip was
just before my wedding -- and that was almost 3 years ago! I do pick up
an item or two whenever something catches my eye and is affordable
enough for me.
8. who's your long-time crush? Strange...I can't think of any. Maybe because I don't really have a "long time" crush :)
9. someone you just had a crush on? Can't really think of anybody.
10 . do you have something that you wish you just don't? My bulging lower abdomen! :D
11. do you sometimes crave for something that isn't there? More me time, I guess. :)
12 . do you wish to live in a faraway land where nobody knows you? No, although I'd like to visit such places.
13. have you kissed a total stranger? No.
14. what do you want to do at this moment? Watch an episode of CSI. :)
15 . the worst feeling? When Ethan had his neonatal seizures. So glad it's all over!
16. how about the best? My wedding day :). And the day I gave birth. Graduation day would just have to be second next to the top two (they're tied)
17. ever given your number to someone you dislike? I've given my number to my patients, despite my personal feelings about them. :)
18. what will you say to the one reading this right now? I hope I'm not boring you :)
19. what/who do you need right now? More income.
20 . happy with your life? Yes, generally. I have a loving husband and a healthy son. I have a loving family. That's what's important :)
Now I'm tagging all the friends in my list! Please do answer it by putting an entry in your blog. Please comment here if you've already done it so that I can visit your sites and look at your answers!
C'mon! This will be fun! It will also make your friends know just a little bit more about you :) | | Posted: 11/14/2007 at 06:38 | Read 77 times | 4 comments | Leave Comment |
 | Questions? Suggestions? | If we have questions regarding some aspects of Yuwie, who do we need to write?
What about suggestions?
I have a suggestion -- I'm a very private person and some things I would like to keep within a certain circle of people only. For example, I'd like my family photos to be viewed only by people I know and not by everybody on the net. I've noticed that the settings here are only 1. public -- meaning everybody can see it and 2. private = only I can see it.
Maybe another setting wherein only selected people can view certain photos or blogs? Like that in multiply, where you can specify who can view certain things.
I don't know if I have expressed my idea fully. Please do comment. Thanks.

 | I need comments! | I put this is my other blogsite in the hope of getting some referrals from my readers (if there are any :) ). What do you guys think? Comments please!
If you like social networking sites like friendster, myspace, multiply, etc, here's a way to earn a little something from doing something similar.
Everytime
your profile, your blog and your photos get viewed, you get a share of
the site's profits. Morever, if you refer people to join under you, you
also get a percentage of the site's earnings whenever their pages get
viewed!
And, it's FREE TO JOIN!
So, turn up your volume and watch this: http://r.yuwie.com/ethanmama so that you can understand it more! | | Posted: 10/25/2007 at 08:06 | Read 54 times | 0 comments | Leave Comment |

 | How to do the nifty paid page views | I reposted this from WWII honoree's blog :) (Her page is at http://ww7.yuwie.com/WWII_HONOREE/). I think she got it from Nicole (sorry don't have the link) Thanks so much to both of you!
You are wondering why you are not getting many page views?
Here's something that I figured over the last few days:
* To have a counting page view, the advertisement on your site needs to be loaded
* after it is loaded, the guest needs to stay on your site at least 3-5 seconds
* Many of you out there have beautiful pages, but it takes forever for the ad to get loaded
*
so, if someone really does click your page and doesn't go the cheating
way - if the page takes long to load, it's more likely that your guest
just scrolls down to the "Leave comments" part and disappears soon
after dropping the comment
*
You also need to leave a time frame between loading new pages - if you
open them in various tabs all at once, not everyone of them gets
counted.
TIP:
Check your site - look at it like someone coming for the first time.
Check the loading time of page AND advertisement.
Check how good people can find your important pages (blog, comments)
Check
if they can easily click the "Add friends, Favs, etc." buttons (MANY of
you have screwed up pages where you gotta move around with your mouse
to maybe find the right button)
If you find anything on my page that's screwed up, please let me know :)
Good luck everyone - Have fun :)!! | | Posted: 10/20/2007 at 17:16 | Read 35 times | 0 comments | Leave Comment |
 | My entries that are not original.... | I am a newbie here, hence I am trying to learn all I can with this fascinating site. If you will notice, some of my previous posts have been copied from others' blogs (with permission, of course). I would like to thank these people for having the generosity of sharing these information so that they may help other people. I am passing these information to other people in the hope that more people will be helped. I have also put in the links to the people who have made the blogs so that proper credit is given.
Hopefully, I will also be able to make original entries that are as helpful to others too!

 | How is Yuwie making money to share with us? | I lifted this off Lacey's blog (http://ww7.yuwie.com/amazinlace/) with her permission because I think this is useful information.
How is Yuwie making money to share with us? |
| Hey there! This is a fantastic blog from EmOsTaR (http://ww7.yuwie.com/emostar/). I
thought it would be helpful cause I get a lot of questions about this
so I wanted to repost it. If you're confused as to how Yuwie can
actually afford to pay its members and whether or not you can really
make money here then this should clear some things up! :)
How is Yuwie Making Money?
The business model which Yuwie is running is all based upon advertisement.
Currently Yuwie is using three types of Advertisement models in order to generate revenue.
Model 1) Google Adsense.
These contextual ads show up on pages based upon major keywords or
themes that are relevant to the website page itself. They pay based
upon a user clicking on the ad.
When one clicks on these ads
they are taken to a new page with an offer to purchase a product or
service. Yuwie gets paid based upon you clicking that ad, not if you
purchase the product. The payout of these click through Adsense ads can
be anywhere from a penny to over a dollar or two. It is based upon what
the advertisers pay to have there ads displayed.
Do NOT Click on
Google Adsense Ads just to Click them. Only if you are truly interested
and induced by the ad to find out more. Yuwie could lose their Adsense
if they receive a high volume of False Clicks or "Click Fraud". So it
you are clicking on Google Adsense because you think it will increase
your Payouts, just to click them, the Opposite will actually happen.
Google Pays Out every 30 days based upon revenue earned the prior
month. Net 30 day terms.
Google Adsense is a Good Revenue
producer and I make about $1000 a month on my non Yuwie sites from
Adsense Alone. If you have websites other than Yuwie and where
interested in creating an Adsense Account you can find out information
on Building Income Here
Model 2) CPM network via Adbrite.
A CPM model are usually banner ads that appear on a website. An
Advertiser will pay based upon the amount of impressions his banner is
displayed. The advertiser pays X per 1000 impressions. Yuwie gets paid
when these Banners are displayed. No action is required from the
viewer. This is one reason why Page views are important to Yuwie. Each
time we view a page that has a CPM banner, Yuwie will generate revenue.
Adbrite CPM Model pays out every 60 days. Net 60.
Model 3) CPA - Cost per Action.
The advertisements are usually Banner or Medium size boxes that display
a product or service. Yuwie only receives revenue when you click
through to the ad and complete the required process from the
advertiser. Usually a purchase of a product or service supplying
Personal information ( Lead Capture). These are basically Affiliate
programs where Yuwie gets a pre-determined Commission based upon a Sale
or Lead capture. The payouts for CPA are usually pretty high. CPA
networks usually payout every 30-60 days
So How does Yuwie share this revenue with it's Users?
The Yuwie Revenue Sharing Rate
The
RSR (revenue sharing rate) determines how much the users get paid.
Here's how it works. After each month, a report will be generated in
your earnings area. It will show exactly how many views your referral
tree accumulated on each level. It will also show your earnings for
each level. Here's the actual calculation:
RSR x (Page Views/1000) x Level Percentage = Your Earnings
We
can't say exactly, but here's an example of what could happen. The
chart below assumes you refer 3 people, and those 3 people refer 3,
then those refer 3, through 10 levels, and each referral gets 1000 page
views for the month, and the month's RSR is $0.50.
Yuwie Earnings Chart

Results are not guaranteed. This is just an example of what could happen.
The Yuwie level percentages chart:
Level Your Percentage You 10% 1 10% 2 10% 3 4% 4 4% 5 4% 6 4% 7 4% 8 10% 9 10% 10 30%
July RSR and Earnings for Yuwie The
July RSR and earnings reports have been generated. Just go to your
control panel, and click the earnings icon to see your earnings.
JULY RSR = $0.41
Nobody
got rich this month, but we consider the first month of Yuwie a HUGE
success. (Honestly we expected the first month's RSR to be much lower.)
Stick with it and watch those page views climb. With a few active
referrals, in a few months, you'll be earning some substantial checks.
FYI: 1. You have to have a minimum of $50 before you can get paid. 2.
We pay net 60 which means any earnings for July will be paid at the end
of September. (We have to collect from advertisers before we can pay
you)

 | Yuwie tips and tricks | Copied from WWII honoree's blog ( http://ww7.yuwie.com/WWII_HONOREE/ ) with her permission :)
This blog was written by Lacey. Please give her the credit. She put a lot of time and effort into this.
http://ww7.yuwie.com/amazinlace/
Hey
guys! Here are some of the Yuwie tips that I send out to all my
referrals. Thought I'd share them....maybe they can help someone! :)
1.
Make your profile something worth looking at. The first thing you
should do is apply or create a template for your profile, add pics,
videos, something in your shout box, etc. You want people to visit your
page and visitors get bored with the same old default red and white
background, so make your profile appealing and exciting so that they’ll
visit again! But don’t make it too complicated or put so much stuff on
there that it takes 10 minutes to load though, because visitors also
get impatient.
2.
Accept all friend requests and add as many friends as you can. The more
friends you have the more page views you’ll get. You can start with my
friends list and just go through and request to be everyone’s friend.
Yuwie is different from Myspace where you’re usually not friends with
people you don’t really know. Everyone is friends with everyone on here
because we are all helping each other to make money!
3.
Do not make your profile private. If it’s set to private then only a
limited number of people can view your page so that just doesn’t make
sense! But of course, making your page public also means, for safety
reasons, do not put anything too personal on your page either. Don’t
put where you live, where you go to school/work, etc. because even
though we’re all friends it’s still possible to come across some
weirdos lol and we want to stay safe!
4.
Learn from the pros. I recommend to all of my referrals to join the
“How to build your yuwie: Q&A club” because it has so much valuable
information. There are other awesome clubs that you can learn a lot
from too so go through the clubs listings and join some! Also, when
submitting friend requests look for those people who are experienced
and can offer advice. Vic Davis (http://ww7.yuwie.com/passport2wealth/)
is a great person to be friends with on Yuwie. Some others are Chris
(http://ww7.yuwie.com/cms168/), Shaun
(http://ww7.yuwie.com/freeregistration/), Jason Smith
(http://ww7.yuwie.com/jasonsmith/), Bill
(http://ww7.yuwie.com/cashprize/), and Oldbuddy
(http://ww7.yuwie.com/oldbuddy/). They all have amazing blogs with some
extremely helpful information and tips. Be friends with the people who
really know what they are doing and are actually making money at this
and learn as much as you can from them!
5.
ALWAYS reply to comments and messages. When people take the time to
give you page views by leaving you comments and/or messages you should
always return the favor and comment or message them back. If you never
reply then your friends probably won’t comment or message you as much,
which means fewer page views, which means less money.
6.
Keep in touch with your downline. A big part of being successful with
Yuwie is being a leader and training those people you bring in so that
they know what to do to make money. If they make money you make money,
and inactive referrals don’t make anyone money so training your
referrals is imperative. I always send a “Welcome to Yuwie” comment and
a “Tips and Tricks” message to my referrals to get them started. Offer
to help in any way that you can, encourage your non-active referrals,
praise your active referrals, and just keep in touch. It’s also a good
idea to send friend requests to all of your level 2 and 3 referrals as
well and encourage them as much as possible too.
7.
Post blogs and create clubs to generate more page views. These are
great ways to send people to your page, get more friend requests, and
increase your page views.
8.
Refer, refer, refer!!! This is probably the most important advice I can
offer you. Without referrals you won't make any money on Yuwie. They
are your foundation and should be a major focus in the beginning. But a
lot of people have trouble with bringing in referrals. That is because
they are only advertising Yuwie to their friends and family. Friends
and family are great but the big numbers come from advertising to
people who are specifically looking to make money working online. I
advertise my referral link on Craigslist. There are some tricks to
advertising on Craigslist though, because the “Craigslist Nazis” will
delete your ads if you don’t go about your advertising in the right
way. Technically you're not supposed to advertise the same opportunity
in more than one city, but we all know that is the way to get lots of
people looking at your ads. So to get around this the secret is to 1)
make the posting title different for every ad that you post, and 2)
delete your cookies before every new post (Craigslist tracks your
activity on their site with cookies and if they see that you’ve posted
to several cities at the same time they will come in behind you and
delete all of your work). Make sure that somewhere in the body of your
ad you write the words “telecommuting” or “work from home” so that it
will show up when people search those words. I post about 10 ads every
day, but more than that is too many. This just won’t work if we totally
saturate Craigslist with Yuwie ads. So post sparingly. You can also
advertise on work at home message boards. One that I post my link on
sometimes is the WAHM.com message boards. And of course you can always
invite your myspace friends. But since myspace has been such a problem
you should check out the blog titled "100% Sure Way to get Yuwie on
Myspace" here http://ww7.yuwie.com/loyaltyevents/. It has a great idea
for how to effectively advertise your yuwie link on myspace without
getting phished.
9.
Be consistent. Yuwie is not a get rich quick thing. It takes time and
effort but if you consistently work at it (especially at the referrals)
you will see progress. You make small change in the beginning but just
think of what will happen in the next 6 months or a year with
exponential growth! It could be amazing!
10.
Stay positive. I’ve seen people get discouraged after their first
earnings report but you have to remember that this company is still a
baby. Myspace started off small just like this, and look at where they
are now, and without paying their members! Yuwie will be bigger than
Myspace and we will make the most money because we got in on it in the
beginning, so keep a positive outlook that you will eventually see
results from Yuwie and it’ll happen! You can visit a blog by one of my
Yuwie friends Shaun here
http://ww7.yuwie.com/blog/entry.asp?id=15252&eid=23077. It's a
great motivator! Nothing worth having ever came easy. I bet Tom from
Myspace knew that, and look where he is now! | | Posted: 10/19/2007 at 18:32 | Read 52 times | 0 comments | Leave Comment |
